JANUARY TO SEPTEMBER 4 hours use of air conditioned venue - max capacity 100 people 4 hours ingress and 2 hours egress Corkage fee for outside caterer Use of parking area 3-4 attendants Add on: Rental of sound system PHP 2500 Rental of projector with screen PHP 2500 Round table with floor length tablecloth and 10 chairs with cover PHP 500/set Electricity fee for equipment brought and used inside the venue PHP 500/per equipment Terms: Reservation fee to hold the date PHP 2500 2 weeks before the event FULL PAYMENT In case of CANCELLATION, PAYMENTS WILL BE FORFEITED
